1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Welcome to Sakura (hereinafter referred to as "the Bot") to your Discord server or by using its features (commands), you agree to these Terms of Service, as well as the Discord Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

The Bot is designed to generate and send graphic "Welcome Cards" when new users join a server. Its functionality includes customizing colors, backgrounds, and text greetings via Discord commands.

3. License and Use

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available". The Developer does not guarantee error-free operation, 100% uptime, or specific results. You agree not to:

Use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or any applicable laws.
Attempt to disrupt the Bot's services, spam commands, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.

4. Third-Party Content

The Bot utilizes an external API (waifu.pics) to retrieve background anime images. By using the Bot, you acknowledge that some visual content is loaded from external sources not controlled by the Developer.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.

Welcome to Sakura - Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Based on the Bot's operational requirements, we collect and process the following data:

Server Data: Server ID, Name, Owner ID, and Member Count (Stored in Database).
Configuration: Welcome Channel ID and custom color schemes (Stored in Database).
Temporary Data: User Avatars and Display Names (Processed in RAM, not permanently stored).

2. How We Use Information

The collected data is used strictly for the functionality of the Bot: ensuring welcome messages are sent to the correct channel with your chosen design preferences and generating personalized images.

3. Data Storage

Server settings are stored in a MySQL database. Generated images are created in memory and uploaded directly to Discord; they are not permanently saved on the Bot's physical server.

4. Third-Party Services

The Bot makes requests to the public API https://api.waifu.pics/ to fetch background images. The Bot does not send your personal user data to this API.

5. Data Deletion

If the Bot is removed from a server, configuration settings may remain in the database. To request full deletion of your server's data, please contact the Developer at: nerloone.black@gmail.com.
